For all Open Play admissions, one adult is admitted free. Each additional adult entering the playground will be charged $10.
Yes, its an extra $7.99 for all day play.
No outside food is allowed in, except water bottles. We are serving drinks and food at our location. Please no food or drinks in the play area. We strive to keep the place clean for all the children.
Sock Policy
Socks are required at all times in the play area for all guests.
Children must wear non-slip socks for a safer play experience.
Forgot your socks? No worries — we sell both children’s and adult socks for $3 per pair.
Yes everyone entering requires a waiver to be filled out. You can complete a waiver when you arrive or you can save time by completing a waiver online ahead of time.
Yes, we charge $80 fee for all outside food and drinks, except a birthday cake.
Each party package comes with a bonus 30 minutes, making it 2.5 hours of fun—whether you use it for extra play, cake, setup, or simply more celebration!
We charge $30 for each additional child and $10 for each additional adult for semi-private parties.
We charge $40 for each additional child and $20 for each additional adult for private parties.
Yes, unauthorized decorations and alterations to the venue’s property are not allowed. (such as confetti, glitter, piñata or party poppers)
If you need to cancel your booking, the deposit is non-refundable. However,please feel free to reschedule your party date for no additional cost if done more than 7 days before your event date. A $75 fee will be applied for all reschedules made within 7 days of your event date. Same-day reschedules or cancellations will incur a 50% fee of the total package price for the inconvenience.
A $200/$500 (Semi-Private / Private) non-refundable deposit is due when booking the party to secure the reservation of the party room. Please be advised that without a deposit, parties cannot be held or reserved.
