For all Open Play admissions, one adult is admitted free. Each additional adult entering the playground will be charged $10.

Yes, its an extra $7.99 for all day play.


No outside food is allowed in, except water bottles. We are serving drinks and food at our location. Please no food or drinks in the play area. We strive to keep the place clean for all the children.


Socks must be worn at all times at our play area. We sell socks for children and adults for $3/pair just in case you forget.


Yes. You can complete a waiver when you arrive or you can save time by completing a waiver online ahead of time.


Yes, we charge $80 fee for all outside food and drinks, except a birthday cake.


You can arrive up to 30 mins prior of your scheduled time to setup.


We charge $30 for each additional child and $10 for each additional adult.


Yes, unauthorized decorations and alterations to the venue’s property are not allowed. (such as confetti, glitter, piñata or party poppers)


If you need to cancel your booking, the deposit is non-refundable. However,please feel free to reschedule your party date for no additional cost if done more than 7 days before your event date. A $80 fee will be applied for all reschedules made within 7 days of your event date. Same-day reschedules or cancellations will incur a 50% fee of the total package price for the inconvenience.


A $250 non-refundable deposit is due when booking the party to secure the reservation of the party room. Please be advised that without a deposit,parties cannot be held or reserved.
